The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill "To amend the Tax Code of Ukraine" (re stimulation of development of agricultural cooperation)

The bill (Reg. No. 10068):

cancels limitation concerning application of privileges in regard to tax on income of natural persons received as a result of alienation of agricultural products by the owner him-/herself and from corporate payments, etc;

includes into other direct expenditures of an agricultural cooperative payments to members of agricultural cooperatives.
